

This wader has the feet of an olives green color, seeming gray from a distance, the inferior parts of the plumage are white, which contrast with the superior parts, that are greyish. The beak is curved upwards. It is generally a solitary bird being able, however, to form flocks till 20 individuals. It is often associated with other species of waders.
