
The plumage of the Red-legged Partridge is composed of shades of gray, black, white and redhead standing out by the white and black throat, the belly is redhead, the beak and legs are red. This specie is relactively common throughout the territory of Portugal, although scarce in some areas of the coast. We can find it in open areas little wooded.
